Deposits

A deposit is required to book and secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Refundable: Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Non-refundable: If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, or if you do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling

We understand that things happen. If you need to reschedule:

Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit and avoid any penalties.

If rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours before your appointment, a new deposit may be required to book a future session.
Refunds for Services

Due to the nature of our work and the time reserved for each client, no refunds are issued for completed services. We encourage open communication throughout your appointment to ensure your satisfaction.
