Welcome to Vital You Studio. By booking an appointment, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Vital You Studio provides specialized paramedical tattoo services, including scar camouflage, areola restoration, and cosmetic tattooing. All procedures are performed by qualified professionals in a clean, licensed environment.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years of age or older. By booking a service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and voluntarily consent to treatment.

3. Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve all appointments.
Deposits are refundable if cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Appointments changed within 48 hours may require a new deposit to rebook.

5. Medical Disclosure

All clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications that could affect treatment. Failure to disclose may affect your results and void any satisfaction guarantees.

6. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary based on skin type, healing, and aftercare.
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Refunds are not offered based on dissatisfaction with final results.

7. Photos & Media

With your consent, we may use before-and-after photos for educational or promotional purposes.
Consent is optional and will not affect your service.

8. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited. Please arrive on time to ensure a full session.

9. Aftercare

Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to ensure proper healing and the best possible outcome. We are not responsible for results affected by improper aftercare.

10. Liability Waiver

By receiving services at Vital You Studio, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks of paramedical tattooing, including allergic reactions, pigment changes, or skin irritation. We are not liable for outcomes except in cases of proven negligence.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health concerns, disrespectful behavior, or policy violations.
